Security Deposit:

A credit card (Visa, MasterCard, American Express) in the name of the rental contract holder and main driver is required to collect the vehicle.

Prepaid, rechargeable, virtual cards, or cards issued by online/digital banks are not accepted.

Fines:

Traffic fines and highway tolls are not included in the rental rate.

Fuel Policy:

Fuel is not included in the rental rate. The vehicle will be delivered with a full tank and must be returned with a full tank.

If the vehicle is not returned with a full tank, a €20.00 refueling service fee will be charged, plus the cost of the missing fuel.

Driving Requirements:

Non-EU citizens are required to present an International Driving Permit.

Driving licenses printed in non-Roman alphabets (Arabic, Chinese, Japanese, Cyrillic, etc.) must be accompanied by an International Driving Permit.

Digital driving licenses are not accepted.

Notes:

Customer negligence does not constitute a valid excuse, as the law requires due care and diligence in the management of financial relationships.

Sì. È necessario pagare un deposito cauzionale per lo scooter. Per il deposito puoi utilizzare carta di credito o contanti. L’importo, non ti sarà addebitato sulla carta a meno che non sussista la condizione per cui venga richiesto.

Sì. Puoi guidare tutti i nostri scooter anche con un passeggero.

No. È vietato guidare senza indossare un casco. Sia il guidatore, sia il passeggero devono indossare il proprio casco, anche se si tratta di un 50cc.

Sei totalmente coperto dall’assicurazione in caso di danni causati da una terza parte. Per danni causati allo scooter, o furto dello scooter, l’assicurazione riduce l’ammontare da pagare ad una franchigia, in caso di conformità con gli accordi contrattuali di noleggio.

L’assicurazione, già inclusa nel prezzo di noleggio, copre i danni causati da terze parti. In aggiunta, è anche inclusa l’assistenza stradale all’interno di una specifica area. I danni allo scooter o il furto dello stesso sono coperti da una franchigia di 500/750/1500€, a seconda della tipologia dello scooter. Tutti gli accessori (caschi, baulettoi, lucchetto, ecc.) non sono coperti dall’assicurazione e sono pagati separatamente in caso di perdita o di danno.

Sì, devi riportare lo scooter con il medesimo livello di benzina di quando lo hai noleggiato. In caso contrario, ti addebiteremo il costo della benzina nel momento in cui riconsegni lo scooter.

Sì. Durante la compilazione della tua prenotazione online, puoi selezionare tra gli “extra” vari tipi di consegne e/o ritiri presso hotel o aeroporti.

Di seguito la nostra politica riguardo la cancellazione delle prenotazioni:

  • Se il noleggiante cancella la prenotazione entro le 48 ore antecedenti la data di ritiro dello scooter, sarà possibile il pieno rimborso dell’ammontare pagato (100%)
  • Se il noleggiante cancella la prenotazione con un preavviso minore delle 36 ore dalla data di ritiro dello scooter egli dovrà pagare ugualmente una somma corrispondente alla caparra versata, vale a dire il 30%.

• • Se il noleggiante cancella la prenotazione senza preavviso, non sarà in alcun modo possibile effettuare il rimborso.

Il noleggiante deve informare il negozio in anticipo riguardo ogni variazione sulla durata del noleggio. In accordo con le condizioni contrattuali,Myscooterentsalerno addebiterà una penale di 50€ in aggiunta al costo di noleggio extra. Inoltre, è illegale guidare con un contratto di noleggio scaduto.

Purtroppo no. Una volta che inizi il tuo noleggio, l’ammontare che è stato pagato non può essere rimborsato. Non effettuiamo rimborsi se il noleggiante consegna lo scooter (e/o extra) prima della data e del tempo menzionati nel contratto.
